There are days when you just want cooking to be simple, quick and well of course flavorsome. When you could just dump everything in a pot on stove or in an oven and just chill till dinner is raedy. Well, today was that kinda lazy day for me. Got my inspiration from this blog, which gave me a smile along with a satisfying dinner.
So, I took my boneless chicken, threw in some spices, mixed them together, sliced some onions and threw ’em into the oven for 20 – 25 minutes till water dried and the chicken was cooked to perfection. I was surprised to get the smoky, bbq-ey flavor from the chicken. Try it yourelf and lemme know.
