Quiche is a french dish. Perfect for tea-parties or if you’re in a mood for some kind of a light, quick and easy – one bowl snack to satisfy that Salt tooth of yours hehehe didn’t know it existed, huh? 🙂
Okay here’s the thing. Last week i baked two types of Quiche recipes in one day 🙂
- With crust.
- No crust.
And if you ask me, i like the no crust one. Not because it’s quick and 0h-so-simply easy, but it’s also a hassle free one. The flur gives the crust less Quiche a tender finishing, not as thick as the crust one but just perfect. So here as i always post my best recipes, so I’m gonna post the crust less one’s, happy baking girls!
This is the one with crust. But the result was the same, trust me 🙂
