oregano---------------------------------- 1 tbsp dried herb
Parsley----------------------------------- 2 tsps dried herb
Salt---------------------------------------- to taste
Black pepper crushed---------------- 2 tsps
White pepper--------------------------- 1 tsp
Cream------------------------------------ 1 Milkpak or Olpers cream or 200 g cream
Milk ---------------------------------------- ½ cup
Unsalted butter-------------------------- 2 tbsp
Instructions
There are two ways to go about this pasta recipe. Use either precooked sausages or chicken or use uncooked chicken and do it from scratch.
First, add butter into the pan, now add garlic.
Saute garlic, then saute onions, once done add mushrooms and sausages or any other cooked chicken (if you are using uncooked chicken, add chicken at this stage and cook it properly before going to the next step.)
Now add all of the spices and cheese and give everything a good mix, before adding in cream.
Add in milk, and pop in the pre-boiled pasta. Give everything a good mix, don't break pasta though, be gentle but firm.
Once everything is mixed well, put the flame on medium low and cover the pot for all the flavors to meld.
Throw in black olives , give it a good mix again and we're done.
