Oats help in reducing cholesterol. Honey is a treat, and is man’s oldest sweetener. It is an excellent substitute in our drinks and food. It is also good for many medicinal uses and treating certain conditions. Raisins boost your Iron intake, high in fiber and they are the best dietary source of boron.
Kokab khawaja made these bars a couple of days ago. Well I didn’t have much faith in these bars till I baked my own, and boy I’m a fan. Jam packed with flavor and nutrition both, I love ’em.
Boron is a mineral that doesn’t get a lot of attention, but it is essential for bone health and the prevention of osteoporosis. Boron is vital for the absorption of other minerals, particularly calcium, magnesium and phosphorus and for maintaining healthy levels of these minerals in the body. Boron may also effect estrogen and testosterone levels.
