In bread recipes, you must have come across the line, “And prove your bread for 10- 15 minutes” and the next thing you know, well what you don’t know, is that what does this line actually means. Don’t fret. Lemme explain.

To prove bread means, to let it rise. To let it sit there, rest there in a warm place allowing some time for the yeast to work and raise the dough.

To do this>>> Cover your brad with a damp towel and let it sit there as long as the recipe calls for.
