Yes, you heard me right. This starter or a high-tea item can be put together in just five minutes, how cool is that. You just need a handful of things and viola, it’s alive!
But there are a few things you need to take into your humble consideration. First is cheese, you need to good high quality cheese slices, because a low quality cheese will leave a bad taste in your mouth, both literary and metaphorically. That’s why I chose finest quality cheese slices by Happy cow. I used both regular, gouda and mozzarella cheese slices for this. Other than that I used bologna slices by non other than K&N and loved it.
- Garlic bread-------------- 1 loaf
- Happy cow cheese---- as required, both mozzarella and
- K&N bologna slices---- as many required
- Butter---------------------- 2 tbsp
- Garlic------------------------- 1 crushed
- Take a garlic bread loaf, you can get regular bread loaf too if you don't get the garlic one.
- Give cuts with a sharp of serrated bread knife but don't cut all the way to the bottom, just leave it once it hits one inch away from the bottom.
- Now mix together butter and garlic, brush gently over the loaf.
- Once done start assembling cheese, bologna slices , followed by mozzarella cheese till the end.
- Pop it into the pre-heated oven at 180 C for 10-12 min or until the cheese melts.
And that’s it, try it and let us know how it turned out for you.
Till then happy cooking.
